Wilfred Takaindisa

Director & Nominated Individual

Wilfred is the Director and Nominated Individual, providing strategic leadership and ensuring the organisation is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led. He founded the service and previously served as Registered Manager, establishing strong governance, compliance, and high standards of care.

With over 15 years' experience in health and social care, Wilfred promotes a culture of dignity, respect, and independence, ensuring people receive person-centred support that meets their individual needs. He oversees safeguarding, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Wilfred holds a degree in Accounting and Management with Finance, a postgraduate qualification in Finance, and is currently completing the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship.

Roberta Takaindisa

Director & Head of Human Resources

Roberta is Director and Head of Human Resources, leading on workforce development, governance, and organisational culture. She plays a key role in ensuring the service is well-led by supporting a skilled, competent, and values-driven workforce.

She holds a degree in Politics and Administration and is PRINCE2 Project Management certified, bringing a structured and consistent approach to systems, processes, and continuous improvement. Roberta champions a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusion, ensuring staff are supported to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Roberta is currently completing the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship, further strengthening her strategic leadership capability.

Our senior carers and care coordinators work closely with each client, ensuring continuous, responsive care and guidance for our home carers. 

Hayley Stainer

Registered Manager

Hayley is the Registered Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of the service and ensuring care is delivered in line with CQC standards. She leads the team to provide safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led support to all individuals.

With over 14 years' experience in the care sector, Hayley has progressed from Healthcare Assistant to leadership roles, developing strong operational and clinical oversight. She is committed to promoting dignity, respect, and independence, and to creating a positive, person-centred culture for both staff and the people supported.

Hayley holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care and is dedicated to continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.

Greta Toliute

Team Leader

Greta is a Team Leader with over 16 years' experience in the care sector, supporting the delivery of safe, caring, and person-centred services. She plays a key role in supervising staff, coordinating care, and ensuring day-to-day practice reflects the organisation's values and standards.

Having progressed from Healthcare Assistant to Team Leader, Greta brings strong practical experience and leadership skills. She promotes dignity, respect, and independence in all aspects of care, supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes.

Greta holds an RQF Level 4 qualification, underpinning her knowledge of best practice and commitment to high-quality care delivery.
